He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia before completing his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Missouri. He went on to complete his internship in Florida, followed by anesthesiology residency and pain management fellowship training at the University of Florida.
Throughout his career, Dr. Patel has remained dedicated to education and innovation within the field of pain medicine. He has served as a Courtesy Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Florida and regularly participates in national pain management conferences to stay informed about emerging treatments and technologies. He brings this ongoing education back to Arizona Pain Care Center, where patients benefit from modern, individualized treatment options designed around their specific needs.
In addition to his work in pain management, Dr. Patel continues to practice anesthesiology on occasion. He is also a member of professional organizations including the North American Neuromodulation Society and the Florida Osteopathic Medical Association.
Dr. Patel has also been recognized for his professional accomplishments through Marquis Who’s Who, where he has been included as a biographical listee in multiple editions of the organization’s directories.
