Dr. Todd M. Hrabak Earns 2026 AZ Top Docs Distinction

His career started in the United States Air Force, where he trained and practiced as an internist, caring for active-duty service members and their families. Driven to deepen his expertise, Dr. Hrabak went on to complete specialized fellowship training in both Pediatric and Adult Allergy and Immunology at Wilford Hall Medical Center in San Antonio. During that time, his work in research earned national recognition, including the Commander’s Research Award and top honors from the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology. He later served as Chief of Allergy and Immunology at Eglin Air Force Base, retiring with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.
Today, Dr. Hrabak brings that same level of dedication and precision to his patients, along with a notably approachable and reassuring bedside manner. He treats a wide range of allergic and immunologic conditions including asthma, food and insect allergies, eczema, drug reactions, and immune disorders, always focusing on clear answers and practical, effective treatment plans. Patients appreciate his ability to explain complex issues in a way that feels manageable and empowering.
Outside of the exam room, Dr. Hrabak remains actively involved in shaping the future of medicine. He teaches medical students, contributes to ongoing research, and serves as an associate editor for Annals of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology. He also holds an adjunct clinical faculty role at Midwestern University.
